We bill the recorded duration of meetings the bot actually joined. If the bot is denied entry or the call is under 60 seconds, nothing is counted.
Past your included hours, we bill in 60-minute blocks at your tier's rate. You see your usage in real time on the dashboard and on every invoice.
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal — you keep your current tier until period end.
